How Can I Improve My Balance After A Stroke?

Shannon Cobb

This is an often asked question. When you feel that your balance is “off” it affects how you are moving around in the world. YOu may slow down, you may avoid things and you may have a general fear for your safety to get back to doing the things that you love.

Balance is complex, but it can be broken down into pieces. And when you assess those pieces and see what needs to improve you can confidently move forward with improving your balance.

In this video I talk about what is involved in balance and how I start to assess balance and develop a plan of action to improve it.
